As a founder, executive, and trusted advisor, I’ve worked alongside business owners, family businesses, leadership teams, and investors through pivotal moments of growth and change. Whether building new ventures, transforming underperforming organizations, strengthening profitability, or creating long-term enterprise value, my passion has always been the same—helping leaders build exceptional businesses.

My perspective wasn’t shaped from the outside looking in. It was shaped from inside the businesses I helped build. I’ve experienced the challenges of growing teams, leading through change, protecting culture, and making difficult decisions when there wasn’t a perfect answer. Those experiences taught me that sustainable growth isn’t built on great ideas alone. It’s built through exceptional people, disciplined systems, and consistent execution.
Those lessons became the foundation of Howbridge.

I started Howbridge because I believed there had to be a better way to help leadership teams build exceptional businesses—not through isolated recommendations or disconnected services, but by strengthening the people, culture, systems, and execution that create lasting success. My goal has always been simple: leave every organization stronger, more valuable, and better prepared for whatever comes next.

As a strategist, creative leader, and brand architect, I’ve worked with business owners, family businesses, leadership teams, and growing organizations to uncover what makes them truly different. My work spans brand strategy, messaging, identity, digital experiences, and creative direction, but it always begins with one question:

I’ve learned that great brands aren’t created through clever marketing or beautiful design alone. They’re built by uncovering the truth of an organization, simplifying complexity, and communicating that value with clarity and consistency.

The work I enjoy most isn’t designing logos or launching websites. It’s helping leadership teams see their businesses through the eyes of their customers. When organizations gain that clarity, every decision—from messaging to customer experience—becomes more intentional and more impactful.

As the founder of CultivaHR and a Howbridge Advisory Partner, I’ve spent more than 20 years partnering with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen organizations through practical people strategies, leadership development, and healthy workplace cultures.

I’ve learned that people strategy isn’t just about policies — it’s about creating an environment where people can thrive and businesses can succeed.

Clarifying vision and turning it into a functional reality.

Great work starts before anything gets made. It starts with clarity about the “why,” or overarching goal, before creating the “what,” the execution of that idea. My role is to hold both: the vision and the thing that makes it real.

My work spans graphic design, web design, marketing, photography, and writing, but as tools toward one coherent end. In practice, I listen to ideas, sometimes complex or unfinished, and refine them into compelling messages that produce real results.

My first passion was drawing, which I expressed through lovingly-rendered images on the back of my algebra assignments. An instructor once told me that people fundamentally misunderstood what sketching was. It’s really just a series of problems and decisions informed by a single-minded vision.

I’ve found there’s little difference between that and the work of growing a business.

When you combine a clear vision with well-crafted and creative execution, there’s not much you can’t achieve.
